Additionally, effective immediately, IPT has suspended its Share Redemption Program (SRP) as of August 15, 2019 and its Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) as of July 25, 2019. In addition, each of the SRP and DRP will terminate effective as of the closing date of the merger.
